Our mission is to help boutique owners in their graphic apparel needs be providing a simple and efficient shopping system to streamline your inventory needs for graphic tees and custom apparel.

We are a wholesale brand so to view our products you must sign up for a wholesale account on our website first:

SHIPPING:

Current shipping time is 7 BUSINESS DAYS. (Business Days are Mon-Friday and EXCLUDE weekends and holidays) Shipping Day 1 starts the business day AFTER order is placed. Example: If you order on Monday the first business day is Tuesday, 2 business days is Wednesday and 3 business days would be Thursday. If you order over the weekend (Sat/Sunday) they are treated as Monday orders.

Shipping costs are based on weight and auto calculated in the system when checking out. We use both USPS and Fed Ex for shipping.

PRICING:

Standard Tees are $14, Sweatshirts are $18 and come in XS-4X. We also have various specialty sweatshirts and fast fashion shirts that range from $14-$35 depending on the style

We do not have a minimum retail price but most retailers sell our T Shirts between $30-$33 each. We recommend at least double Wholesale cost.

BRANDS:

We strive to bring you high quality Products and try our very best to use District Brand primarily however we can not guarantee it, we do also use bella canvas, tultex and next level as backups with the same weight, feel and quality.

Minimum Orders:

We do not require minimums on any of our products.

S I Z E & F I T

• unless otherwise noted sweatshirts and tees are a unisex fit

• Women are recommended to order one size down for a fitted look

• If you are unsure about the size you should order, please refer to the size chart in the pictures or contact us

Kids Shirts: If you need kid shirts in white, gray and black we have them available in 6m, 12m, 24m, 2t, 3t, 4t, 5/6, youth s, youth m, youth l, youth xl. To order on website, order XS adult size and mark in product notes section the kids size you need.

T -S H I R T C A R E

• Wash inside-out in cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle

• Non Chlorine Bleach Only

• Tumble dry low or hang-dry

• Do Not Iron or Dry Clean

N O T E S

• Sleeves are only rolled for the picture. You can still get the rolled cuffed sleeved look by simply rolling them up!

• DTF printing is used to make products, With multiple printers running orders there is no way to guarantee one printing method over the other as both are utilized.

COLOR OPTIONS:

Any graphic can go on any shirt so if you want a tank graphic on a tee just mark it in the order notes (they are the same pricing) or vice versa, if you want a tee shirt graphic on a black tank, mark in in the order notes when ordering and we can switch it for ya.

ADJUSTING ORDERS: Please note once invoices are paid we can not make adjustments to combine shipments.

DAMAGES: Please review orders when received. Damages must be reported within 3 business days of receiving order.

Note v necks are also 100%cotton not a blend as listed in collage

NOTE: If using Synclogic Not all options will show on sync due to variant restrictions. When ordering from website if the option is not in the first drop down menu it will be in the second color/style dropdown to choose from instead

CUSTOM PRINTS:

Policy update: Custom designs will have a fee of $20. If you order minimum of 12 of that design the $20 will be credited towards your order.

We LOVE helping make your vision a reality! Feel free to email us at hello@jocoink.com with any special requests you would like to have done. (please note, we will not replicate a t shirt you found somewhere else, we do not believe in copying someone else’s work.). We will be happy to help create your vision and make an original piece for ya though! Email with subject line custom order with a png or svg file of it and the shirt you want we can get a mock up for you, or if you need a design made email and let us know what you are envisioning

SYNCLOGIC TIPS:

if using synclogic check your spam folder for invoices (invoices are sent automatically when order comes through) for some reason shopify invoices tend to find their way to spam folders so check there! Synclogic emails which ever email you have set up in your shopify account. Be Sure that address is the email address you’d like to use.
We are not synclogic experts, we recommend reaching out to synclogic directly with issues.
